    The Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Depression and Columbia University Department of Psychiatry invite you to Navigating a Digital World: Youth, Technology and Mental Health A Hope Over the Horizon Panel Discussion The Hope Over the Horizon Panel Discussion, made possible by the support of the Saks Fifth Avenue Foundation, will explore how the digital landscape is influencing youth mental health. The event will highlight cutting-edge research on the impact of smartphone use, social media, and technology on emotional well-being as well as examine how clinicians, families, educators, and young people can navigate this environment. Experts will share practical insights and evidence-based strategies aimed at reducing risk and fostering hope for the next generation.
