Columbia is preparing to open a state-of-the-art, 26-acre campus in White Plains that will revolutionize the delivery of specialty healthcare for patients in Westchester and Rockland counties.
Located at 1111 Westchester Avenue, the 200,000-square-foot facility will include 150 new exam rooms and 10 operating rooms for Columbia’s expert clinicians to practice specialty medicine in the growing and affluent suburban region north of New York City. The campus is expected to open in September 2025.
The modern multidisciplinary practice space will feature:
- An outpatient imaging center
- Oncology infusion services
- An ambulatory surgery unit
1111 Westchester Avenue will host specialized programs known as Centers of Excellence, which supply an extraordinary level of knowledge and resources for specific medical conditions or areas. The new facility will have six such programs, providing comprehensive and interdisciplinary care in the disciplines of women’s health, men’s health, children’s health, neuroscience, cardiovascular health, and cancer care.
This new facility offers the expertise of Columbia in a convenient and accessible location, allowing patients to experience care close to home.
What’s in the Building?
1111 Westchester Avenue will include expansive clinical space, including ColumbiaDoctors ambulatory practices and a central phlebotomy space, diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology, an infusion center, an ambulatory surgery center, and a rehab/therapy gym.
